Time, inspiration… and suddenly this casual denim Time, inspiration… and suddenly this casual denim necklace comes to life — quick, easy, and completely no-sew. ✂️💙 So here’s how it started: All you need: • chain straps • leftover denim in different washes • a pair of scissors I took an old jeans leg, made small cuts about 1 cm apart along the hem, and then ripped the fabric lengthwise all the way through. This creates decorative denim strips with beautifully raw edges — perfect for that relaxed upcycled look. Next, I pulled each strip individually through the chain links and tied small knots. Even at this stage it already looked amazing. The denim bands can then be threaded through the links on both sides all the way to the clasp. And voilà — my denim statement necklace is finished.
